This is my favourite to go to Breakfast .It is healthy . I use high protien Milk, Banana , Dates for fibre and Walnuts.

- 2 ripe bananas

- 1 cup high protein milk (such as almond milk, soy milk, or dairy milk)

- 2-3 dates, pitted

- 1/4 cup walnuts

- Handful of ice cubes

2. Add the high protein milk, pitted dates, walnuts, and ice cubes to the blender.
