Healthy dry fruit wala dhoodh (milk)
Ingredients
Milk 2 cups
almonds 5
Cashews 5
Pistachios 5
Dates 4
Saffron good pinch
Green cardamoms 2 pounded
In milk add overnight soaked nuts like almonds , cashews , pistachio after pounding in mortar and pestle , dates , saffron , cardamoms - bring to boil . Serve with all dry fruit as you can’t waste the goodness of it . Enjoy . It is a true winter delight
