Mayonnaise
Mozzarella cheese
How do we make it?
Cook Maggi noodles according to the instructions on the packet.
Prepare a corn cheese sauce in a separate pan by combining boiled corn, mayonnaise, and mozzarella cheese. Stir well until the cheese is melted, and listen to the fantastic sizzling sound.
Once the sauce is ready, pour it over the cooked Maggi.
You can garnish it with red chili powder for a Desi kick.
