How to make Gulab Jamun shots


Brar's gulab jamuns as needed

Homemade Rabdi (thickened milk solids) for shots or store-bought

Whipped cream chilled

Pistachios to garnish

Rose petals if using


Have it at room temperature gulab jamuns ready.

Have your shot glasses chilled.

To assemble. Add crumbled gulab jamun to the glass. Add rabri.

Keep assembling, and at the last set, add whipped cream, place whole gulab jamun, drizzle gulab jamun syrup, and garnish with pistachios. Rose petals are used for special occasions.

Your Gulab Jamun shots are ready.
