Juicy Tandoori Chicken.

In this blog, we will make Tandoori Chicken, which I made in the show on Rogers TV CH20 (episode- 2)

Marinade Ingredients for Tandoori Chicken

2 lbs Chicken breasts, skinless and boneless, or Drumsticks are preferred

A pinch of Salt

1 tbsp Lemon juice

1/2 cup of Yogurt, 3% or higher

1/4 cup whipping cream

1 tbsp Ginger, paste

1 tbsp Garlic, paste

2 tsp Garam Masala

1 tsp Turmeric

1/2 tsp beetroot powder for color

Pinch Chaat Masala to garnish

1 tbsp Tandoori Masala, Chef's special

2 tbsp mustard oil or melted ghee


Garnish Ingredients

Green Chillies, sliced

Fresh Cilantro leaves for garnish

Salt to taste


Marinate it overnight with all the ingredients and barbecue, air fryer, or cook in the oven. Serve with Chaat masala and red onion rings or greens.
