Kaju Katli Crossiant | Indian Mithai Fusion

For this recipe ,I used 2 crossiants , 1/4 cup Cashews,1 egg, Sugar to taste, saffron good pinch & milk 4-5 tbs .

You will powder the cashews with added saffron and sugar in a coffee grinder which i just use for my spices etc.

In powder , add milk to bring to consistency like runny . Add egg. Mix mix mix.

On the halved cossiant ,fill with filling as well top of the crossiant put this filling.Put handful of cashews and air fryer on 350 for 10-12 minutes until top looks toasted.

I like to dip it in a chai and eat it for snack or my breakfast.
