Makhana Chaat


  • Roasted Makhana

  • Chopped Tomatoes

  • Chopped Cucumbers

  • Chopped Onions

  • Coriander Leaves

  • Chaat Masala

  • Lemon Juice

  • Salt and Pepper


  1. Roast the makhana until crispy.

  2. Mix the roasted makhana in a bowl with chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions.

  3. Add chaat masala, salt, and pepper to taste.
