Chia Seed Raspberry Pudding

This is simple easy chia seed pudding recipe that is perfect healthy breakfast or snack! goodness of fiber, protein, and healthy fats.

In the glass or Mason Jar if you are making large quantity add two tbs of Chia seeds and one chopped date.Cover with a glass full of milk.. You can use any milk be it almond milk, oats milk..your choice.

Leave it in a fridge for few hours to set .Stir it so no lumps form. Now chill overnight.

In the Morning you have your thick set Chia pudding ready. Dress it up with handful Raspberries and nuts of your choice.

You can add Sugar, Maple syrup , dates or honey for sweetness.
