Homemade Paneer / Softest Paneer at Home

Making paneer at home is very easy. You want to start with homo milk full fat because the texture of the cheese is creamier. Turn off the heat right when the milk boils.

After the milk boils, pour in some lemon juice or vinegar. Give everything a stir, and the milk should start curdling immediately. I usually let the the curdled Paneers sit in the pot like this for about 5 to 10 minutes.

Now use a cheese cloth or strainer. Leave it for few hours. To make a solid block, Add some heavy weight on it.

Keep in fridge for few hours . Paneer is ready to be used in your recipes.

I love eating it with Salt, Pepper and Lemon juice . Also adding to my sandwiches is another great way to start my day with the protein.
