Chicken Kaleji Recipe | Delicious Chicken Liver

Serves 1-2


Chicken Livers 200 gms marinated overnight with oil, red chilli powder , turmeric just a pinch of spices

Oil 2 tbs

Cumin seeds 1 tsp

Red onions 1 finely chopped

Tomatoes fresh 2 finely chopped

Red chilli powder to taste

Turmeric 1/2 tsp

Corriander powder 1 tsp

Salt to taste


In a frying pan , add oil, Cumin seeds. As soon as it splutters , add onions, as soon as it changes colour , add Tomatoes. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Add all spices. Cook until oil separates.

Now add kalegi (liver). Do not overcook. Only 4-5 minutes.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve with Bread or Pav.
