I am experimenting with no Sugar recipes so this one was actually mind blowing good as smooth silky texture of Mousse is no less than any Resturant style
Ingredients
3-4 Apples Peeled & Chopped
4-5 Ounces Dark Chocolate
Method
Boil Apples in water until soft.
Melt chocolate over a bowl of hot water
Strain apples .
Add both to a food processor and pulse until it is smooth.
Put in ramekins and leave in fridge for few hours to set and Chill.
Enjoy.
