Cream eggs | Scrambled cream eggs with chili oil | Breakfast recipe

Looking for a healthy breakfast recipe? So scrambled creamy eggs are here with the kick of chilli oil.


  • Heavy cream 1/2 cup

  • Eggs 2

  • Spinach leaves fine chop for garnish.

  • Chilli oil 2 tsp plus 1 tsp

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper big pinch

  • Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp


In a frying pan, heat the heavy cream and the 2 teaspoons of chilli oil

Once the cream simmers gently, wick in the eggs until well combined. Add salt, black pepper, and red chilli powder to taste.

Cover the pan and let the eggs cook until they reach your desired level of doneness.

Once done, remove from heat and garnish with the finely chopped spinach leaves and a drizzle of chilli oil for an extra kick. Serve hot as a breakfast on an amazing morning.
