Frozen Garlic/Ginger paste made easy

In a food processor, add fresh Garlic.
Make a paste.
Add a splash of olive oil.
The garlic paste is ready.
Make with Fresh Ginger the same way.
Add in a ziploc bag. Mark the date and give a mark-making cubes design.
Freeze it. Use as needed.
