How to make Mango sooji cake


1 cup semolina (sooji)

1/2 cup butter unsalted

3 cups mango purée

1/2 tsp baking soda


Mix semolina (sooji) with melted butter and leave it to rest for 20 minutes.

Now add mango purée and mix well with a hand blender until smooth texture. Leave it on the side for another 20 minutes.

Now, get ready with a cake pan.

Preheat oven to 350.

Add baking soda and mix well to the cake batter.

Add in a cake tin. Bake for 35 minutes until done.

Serve with whipped cream or ice cream melting on a warm cake. Enjoy.
