- 1 cup quick cooking oats

- 1 cup milk (any milk you prefer)

- 1 fresh mango, chopped

Cashews or any choice of nuts as a garnish


1. In a bowl, combine the quick-cooking oats and milk. Cover and let it soak overnight in the refrigerator.

2. The next day, chop the fresh mango into small pieces.

3. In a blender, blend Both Chopped mango & soaked oats. . Garnish with Cashews.

4. You might have to add extra milk if needed as oats will make it thick.

5. Enjoy your healthy and delicious mango overnight oats for a refreshing breakfast!
