Add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, kasuri methi and mustard oil, and deggi mirch in a bowl and mix well.
Add black salt and carom seeds and mix well.
Add roasted gram flour or roasted chana powder and mix well.
Add cubes of fresh Brar's Malai Paneer.
Leave it for half an hour.
Baste the grill with Brar's Desi ghee
Use skewers to cook on the grill
Note: This marinade can be used for every type of Paneer Tikka.
This is your base recipe. You can also use any other oil/ ghee.
