Sesame seeds - 1 cup

Sugar 3/4 cup

Black cardamom 1 seeds only no husk

Khoya (milk solids) 2 cups

Ghee as needed to shape the bhooga

It is a lohri treat . Dry roast seseme seeds . Bring khoya to very soft texture , sugar fine , black cardamom - bring it all together with your hands . Add ghee if needed . Make balls .roll in seseme seeds . Garnish with nuts . Enjoy
