Fried rice is made with leftover rice. Make sure your rice is chilled. I love this recipe as it is tangy and spicy, and I can enjoy it as a snack or dinner.
In a pan add 3-4 tbs oil, 2-3 cloves fresh garlic cloves chopped fine along with cilantro leaves.Add tbs of fresh ginger, 1-2 green chillies and 1 red onion finely chop.Now add 1 cup of carrots, and cook for a few minutes.Add 1 chopped red pepper. Now add cooked 2 cups of rice.Add 2-3 tbs hot chilli paste or taste, add 1 tbs maggi hot and sweet sauce.Add 2 tsp soya sauce or to taste.Add 2-3 green onions chopped as a garnish. Serve with love.
