Boil 1 cauliflower florets in hot water for a few seconds, then remove them.

2. Add spices like chef special tandoori masala 2-4 tbs and salt to taste, Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs each, Green chillies to taste.

3. Preheat the oven to 425°F and place a tray of olive oil in the oven to heat up.

4. Add the cauliflower florets to the heated tray and cook until the cauliflower is charred and cooked through.
