Sesame Nut Sweet (Til Gud Chikki)



Ingredients:


    •    Ghee: 1/4 cup


    •    Fennel seeds: 1 tbsp


    •    Carom seeds: 1 tsp


    •    Shredded coconut: 1/4 cup


    •    Almonds, cashews, walnuts: 5-6 each


    •    Jaggery (gur): 1 cup


    •    Few drops of water


    •    Roasted white sesame seeds: 1 cup



Method:


    1.    Heat ghee in a pan. Add fennel seeds and carom seeds.


    2.    Stir in nuts and shredded coconut.


    3.    Add jaggery with a few drops of water and melt it.


    4.    Mix in roasted sesame seeds and cook for 3-5 minutes.


    5.    Transfer to a greased thali and let it set for a few hours.
